It almost seems like nothing is ordinary in japan - and I love that!
I just found out that they even turn fallen leaves into art, like the cute winnie pooh here:
The fallen leaves are very special in japan, as you can see they comme in many different shades of red, yellow, orange, brown and green.
I love seeing how people turn something so ordinary into an artwork, it makes us appreciate the little things in life more!

This is such an innovative thing to do with leaves. It must take a lot of patience. My husband would frequently make drawings in the sand by our old condo. His project and these leaf projects are so time sensitive. If we don't appreciate them in the moment, they will be gone soon and the opportunity is missed, blown away by the wind and the waves.
