The ram is the male of the sheep, the difference is that it grows horns, in certain cases, in impressive ways, depending on the breed. Hence, there are collectors of animal heads who like rams because of the undeniable beauty of their coiled horns.
Rams are usually quarrelsome and do not accept competition around their females. Therefore, if another male dares to exceed his domain, a battle of headbutts will be unleashed, where the one who is defeated must make the withdrawal.
Rams can be aggressive even with humans, so a charge from one of these animals could cause dangerous injuries, both from the impact and from the fall. The best thing to do is to stay away from them or take care not to provoke them and you should avoid touching their heads (unlike other animals), since they interpret this as a threat.
The positive thing about sheep (male or female) is that, since the ends of human history, they have been sources of meat and milk, as well as wool and leather.
In popular culture, there is a zodiac sign represented by the ram: Aries, which according to followers or believers in the subject, people born under this sign are natural leaders, hyperactive, talkative, distracted and somewhat irresponsible, and it is difficult for them to be faithful little angels (with couples).
Let's see the procedure applied in the drawing:
Step 1. White chalk has been used on black cardboard, where the most elementary lines are drawn at the beginning.
Step 2. With the chalk lying down, it is "shaded" within the initial silhouette.
Step 3. With the tip of the index finger, blend the chalk, so that most of the character is covered. You have to be careful that more chalk will be added in those places where light supposedly falls. In this case the lighting comes from the front of the animal
Step 4. The smallest details, such as the transversal lines of the horns, are drawn with black crayon or, also, with the help of a rubber eraser.
