A real-wonderful image or one of magical realism, we would say in America. Or maybe surrealistic. It is very characteristic of Mexican culture, because of its Aztec roots, the cult of death; surely in other countries it also exists, except that in Mexican expressions death -the bald, as they also say- tends to be very dressed up or ornamented, which gives it a baroque presence. Just like the image of your photograph, @velimir.
