This was a piece for the La Culture initiative, as part of their illustration week exhibition titled 'Future / Divination / Futurology'.
As always, I started the day before the submission deadline... I knew I wanted to do something vaguely cyberpunk and began by researching and selecting a colour palette. I also was pretty settled on including some kind of Jewish element, and it took me about an hour of sketching on paper to get the right subject.
I began the final illustration on iPad using Procreate to sketch the lines and then colorise under separate layers. The plan was to print the image at A3, so I ended up having to vectorise the image afterwards using Illustrator.
