This is a new series of art installations I've been working on, exploring time and movement.

Different from the other works I have shared, this one is not bidimensional but instead the piece has different layers of geometric shapes that create a sense of depth in the artwork, so the viewer can experience subtle changes in the piece as he moves around the installation.

The piece has variable measures but its approximately 3 m (9.8 ft) high.

The images above are shots from the process of this composition created in a 3D modeling software (shape arrangement, area lighting and texturing of the elements).

It's really nice to see an artwork that takes space and location into consideration. That is unusual and refreshing form of art.

The geometric shapes sure did add depth to the whole artwork as it moves. This isn't something I have seen before but it definitely has an amazing effect.

Many thanks @audreybits! thanks for stopping by, appreciate it

You demonstrated how perspective changes while in motion towards a stationary object. I'm reminded of Einstein's theory regarding objects moving fast. This is what things would look like if time stopped and you kept on moving faster than the rest.

thanks for bringing those ideas to the table @adamada, appreciate it... you reminded me to visit this video again, in which carl sagan explains that concept in a magnificent way, hope you enjoy it!

Merry Christmas !
