Happy Wednesday everyone. And welcome once again to the art corner of @kadosmenorah, wishing you all a great day and many blessings. Today I wanted to make a chibi drawing of a boy dressed as Santa, and the truth is that I haven't drawn in this style for a while, but because it's about For the upcoming Christmas season, I decided to draw a Santa for Christmas. I made this drawing with Adobe Illustrator. Hope you like!

Feliz miércoles a todos. Y bienvenidos una vez más al rincón del arte de @kadosmenorah deseándoles un excelente día y muchas bendiciones a todos, Hoy quise realizar un dibujo chibi de un chico vestido de santa, y la verdad tena tiempo que no dibujaba en este estilo, mas por tratarse de la próxima época decembrina, me anime a dibujar un santa con motivo navideño. Este dibujo lo he realizado con Adobe Illustrator. Espero que les guste!
PASO A PASO/ STEP TO STEP
Paso 1 (Boceto y Line arte) / Step 1 (Sketch and Line art)
Lo primero que hice fue recrear el boceto de un Chico Santa. Después con la herramienta pluma realice el delineado con puntas redondeadas. Las proporciones del cuerpo fueron al estilo chibi con una cabeza más grande que el cuerpo.
The first thing I did was recreate the sketch of a Santa Boy. Then, with the pen tool, outline with rounded tips. The body proportions were chibi style with a head larger than the body.
Paso 2 (Color) / Step 2 (Colour)
Empecé a darle un color base de manera general, escogiendo los colores claros y pasteles claros para la piel; rojo para el gorro y. Después aplique zonas de sombras y partes iluminadas y por ultimo dibuje un fondo degradado de naranja con círculos y estrellas dispersados como un ovalo de sombra debajo de sus botas.
I started to give her a base color in a general way, choosing light colors and light pastels for the skin; red for the hat and. Then apply shadow areas and highlighted parts and finally draw an orange gradient background with circles and stars scattered as a shadow oval under his boots.
