Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni Generally known as Michelangelo is one of the greatest artist that his works has inspired and motivated me never to give up giving my best to whatever I do.
In that respect, I decided to show some love and also to let him know his art lovers never forget him by doing a pencil work of one of his old pic.
Material used for the work includes,
a) pencils-HB and 5B, for sketching and darkening of the art and also for illustrating dark parts and shadows.
b) soft tissue for smudging, for smudging on wide part of the art for faster shading before finally adding more values of shadows and highlights.
c) Q-tip for blending forblending tiny portion of the art.
D) chisel edged eraser for wiping mistakes and tiny edge for parting hairline and highlights.
e) drawing paper. Where the whole pencil work is been carried out. Here I used an A3 paper folded into A4 size to have a more thicker paper.
Note, I cut the eraser diagonally to form chisel edged.
Check the process shot below.
Thanks for visiting my blog, hope you all enjoyed your view? Stay tuned for more of my pencil sketches.. Thanks
