With so much pleasure, I send warm greetings to all my beloved followers and the entire steeming network. It's a blessed new week over here as well as a brand new month, with so much celebrations in the air, as the Easter love is shared in every corner of the world.
It is my pleasure today to introduce to you all a personality of great potential, someone though not been very long we knew ourselves, but yet Im a witness to his greatness so far we've known each other.
Ladies and gentlemen on the entire steem blochchain and beyond, it's indeed a pleasure on my side to introduce to you MR MICHAEL EMEKA, an African vissionalist and one of the most talented creative artist I have ever come across. A man whom I respect not just for his works but for his enthusiasm to promote the African heritage through his gift if artistery.
Coming across his works, time after time on one if his social media handles, indeed got me nothing but an inspiration to hit this article.
Michael chukwuemeka oguguo, is a unique African graphite artiste, though presently based in the city of Dublin, Ireland with his family but has so far promoted the heritage of Africa through his reputable works.
Mr Emeka hails from Anambara State, in eastern Nigeria, and discovered his love for arts at a very tender age while growing up, but though according to him was not encouraged by his parents to put in energy for his perceived dream.
And ofcourse this is due to the value which artists are given in the African society. He grew up sketching on notebooks but was always afraid of letting the public see his works feeling he could be ridiculed for it. And also due to the general mentality of people in the society towards art, he never took the work seriously.
Anyways, as time went on, his passion for arts grew up three years ago, during what he described as a time of personal trials which also reminded him of the Gods given potential he possessed right from a young age. However during this particular time, according to Emeka the process of producing his arts gave him a sense of hope and freedom to express himself and show the world the potential he has inside.
Personally from a glance through his gallery, it will be obvious that his works hold more traits in terms of significance to the African heritage. He as well confirms that his arts is in significance to the pride and the heritage of the African beauty, a perspective inspiration he got from his mother, whom was a true definition of the African beauty and also a woman who was proud of her identity.
....some views of Emeka's works.
From Emekas point of view, Africans have forgotten thier real self and how to hold onto thier natural beauty. As an artiste, Emeka projects on bringing out the natural beauty of his subjects.
Michael Ogu chukwuemeka is also a member of the amergin group in Ireland and he expresses his membership as a positive achievement portraying himself to be among those that understands his love and passion for what he does. He also sees the Amergin group as one that motivates, encourages and supports him to the maximum. His objective goals are to expose himself to the world and meet artists all over the world and this will be achieved especially through the Amergin group.
For me on a personal view, having spoken with this great man, though through a communication on the phone, but in an indepht dialogue, it was very obvious on the extent of vission he upholds for his entire art goals and as such, will be much visible globally in no time.
Well I guess, you must have been duely entertained with the images you see here. Well ofcourse there is more, from a creative personality as this, feel free to do well to communicate him for any form of painting, portraits and art designs you will be needing, by formerly reaching him on the social media handles @ Michael Emeka. Stay tuned for this weeks artist of the week series.
Godbless you for your time on this blog.

I love this article, I love the artworks, blending is indeed a perfect one! I'm so impressed by the great talent and by the fact that there's still someone who cares so much of our African culture. I'm beginning to wish I had an artistic talent, but everyone has their strengths. It's now left for me to utilise it properly so it would be worth mentioning and recommending. Thanks for the article!
