Yeah, I'm becoming quite the "gardener."
You will definitely have to buy next door so you can extend the house to fit all the peppers in.
While they have both boy and girl rugby teams I don't think they have got mixed teams yet, you will have to rethink the breeding program somewhere so you can have a full team of 15, with a couple or so line umpires.
