So I missed sharing my studies with all of you last week. It's been really busy for me. Here is a collection of work from the last 2 weeks.
For my perspective drawing class we had to either make 2 pages of a comic or 10 frames of a storyboard using the perspective drawing techniques we had learned thus far. I used this as an excuse to finish two more pages in the personal comic project I've been working on for a while.
Last week in my anatomy class, we focused on the structures of faces and heads.
The week after that was focused on making a multi figure composition based off of various different references.
Here are some clothed figure drawings from the last two weeks too.
All in all, it's been a busy two weeks. I have one more week of classes and then it's the end of the spring semester. I'll have about month off from school before I start summer courses. Summer courses are optional, but I want to finish as quickly as possible. I'm too old to be stuck in school longer than I want.
Those are very nice studies, though my favourite is the two pages comic on top. I love seeing panels shot from various angles, maybe because I still find perspective a hard thing to draw. The limited colour pallete that you choose are also a nice touch, they define lighting and mood of the comic very well.

What wonderful artwork. Reminds me a bit of Preacher or Citizen Kane storyboards.
