Tribal fusion for me is freedom.

As it's name says, tribal comes from tribes, so it's a fusion of ancient tribes dancing moves. This style of dance is all about strength, resistance and flexibility, and it helps to develop body consciousness and dissociation in the body.

I take classes in Tao Dance Studio, with my teacher Angela Randolfi. Angela has a chinese formation on dancing and psicology thanks to her husband, sifu Joan Martínez.

Because of it, my formation on tribal fusion is not just about tecnique, but healing myself though dancing.

A lot of people relate this dance with sexual things. The truth is that this dance shows de feminity of the woman, so it¿d be attractive for men. But this dance require a lot of training and effort, just to be related with a sexual dance.

Angela's formation made me realized we can heal from the outside-in. The postures of the hands, the emotional meaning of every part of the body, or just dancing with no more thoughts than what you're doing in that moment, helps to feel better without even notice.

Discover this style of dance, is the best thing that ever happen to me
