Getting in Touch with my Artistic Side

I love these intricate shapes, filled in with bright, vibrant colors.

I have started spending more time coloring as a relaxation technique, and I really enjoy it!

Anxiety is something I've been dealing with for many years, and every single day I get closer to being more relaxed and finding my center.

Reading through old journals, I am reminded of just how far I have come in dealing with this anxiety and I know one day I will be helping others with their breakthroughs as well.

Remember: it is important to be proud of yourself and your journey through this life!

Colouring is very therapeutic and enjoyable. I used to do loads but haven't had the time recently.

I got some new colouring books for Christmas so maybe it's time to get the pens out again.
