Sometimes I do illustrations of books. This is a very interesting and exciting experience. I have several design options for different books in different techniques. The photo I'm showing today is my last work.

Last year, we all saw the premiere of the film "Murder on the Orient Express" from Kenneth Branagh. I really liked the film, and he inspired me to the idea of art-photography for another literary work by Agatha Christie - "And then there were none" (in the Russian version - "Ten little Indians", "Ten black people").

I think you all remember the plot of the book. Briefly - this is a detective novel in which the judge kills criminals in the ways described in the children's comic poem of ten little Indians.

In my picture, I showed all the methods of murder that were enumerated in the book. For example, one offender was stung by a bee, and the was killed by a prick with poison.

The last criminal was a girl, she saw all nine murders and went crazy about it. As a result, she decided to hang herself and this is the moment I showed in the photo.

I molded the hero myself from black plasticine. For me it was not difficult, because I love sculpture, my diploma project at the Institute was in sculpture.

Backstage shooting. I came up with a special lighting - the base of the old lamp, which crashed.

This is a very emotional and very thrilling plot. I hope that my work will interest you, I'm waiting for questions and comments...

Nice work! Woted!

Thank you! I'm glad that you went back to my blog )

beautiful, i love this combination of painting ans sculpting , last week i bought new clay to work with also , ^^

Clay is a natural material, it is more pleasant to work than plasticine. Do you have white clay again?

yes i agree with you , i used to work with the natural one , did you see my post? i doubt it was an old post,, about a project for metro station, i'm sharing a photo here if it's ok :)

my new clay is not natural, because the natural ones dry too fast and i don't want it .

here it is :D i only made his hands , natural clay is cool and nice to touch ...you're right <3

This relief! At me at the university there was a diploma project - a relief. At first I did the relief in clay, then the shape of the gypsum, then lay out the relief of the plaster and carved. Probably, I will be able to find photos of my work, I will show!

that is great , yeah i'll be happy if i can see them ^^

Wow , this is so creative @marymik23. Just love those combinations when imagination doesn't have boundaries.

Yes, I like to create unusual things, thanks )
