Unravel Your Potentials

Whoever is trying to pull you down is already below you.

There are really those people who will really try their best just to bring you down. Some people will try to expose what is wrong with you because they can't stand what's right in you. They insult you because they are insecure of something that they are lacking.

I remember one classmate of mine who hates me for good not knowing why. Unfortunately, we were seatmates and that we were partners every time we had our think-pair-share activities. Every time we had art activities like drawing, lettering, etc., she kept on telling me,

"You aren't good."

"You don't deserve the grade you have. Our teacher overrated your work for sure."

"You have no talent at all."

I was hurt of course but instead of getting mad at her, I took her criticism constructively. I practiced and practiced until one day, our teacher told us to do a certain art activity by partner. That time, I told her to do the honor in drawing but she refused instead and admitted that she doesn't really know how to draw. Well, instead of insulting her or criticizing her, I just smiled at her and did the drawing. After that, we became good friends.

Never ever give up because of what someone has said. Use that as a motivation to push harder.

Below are some of my drawings that I got to capture with. They aren't that good but I don't care. I still have my time to practice more and more. I'm still an artist in the making by the way. haha!
