Hello all steemians, i am here with another pencil portrait. My last drawing was of an old women, this time i drew a young women.
This women is actually a character from a famous movie, but you might have problem detecting that because the face didn't turn out as i hoped.
Final portrait:
in the reference picture this women had blond hair.... but i couldn't draw blond hair because in black and white that would be mostly white, and very low gray.
if i needed to make realistic hair i would have needed better art supplies, like kneaded eraser or electric eraser, charcoal pencil. without this things its hard and sometimes impossible to draw hair perfectly.
Anyway, about this drawing my main concern was the eyes, nose and the lips, which i think i covered nicely.
i really wish that i could have some nice pencils to fix that now.
i used hb,2b,6b,10b graphite pencils on normal art paper and paper napkin as a blending tool.
as usual i took shots while drawing. lets take a look at those:

I always find the hardest part to be the hair.
me to... if i want the hair to look as good as the eyes or the lips then who knows how much time i would have to put on that

Yes I used to like drawing when I was small, somewhere along the way don't know why I am lost and become playing game more. Hahaha.

sometime i use that too... when i have to blend very thin area

You can learn how to draw, learn how to build a standard composition. But no one can teach how to create paintings that arouse admiration, it must be born and given from above. However, with photo, all the same, only much equipment takes.
