After an amazing week of vacation I am back to painting.
Yesterday I had a very inspiring meeting with a fellow artist that works in different mediums than myself ( watercolor and collage) and after our conversation I felt the urge to try and make a couple of quicker paintings with gouace.
I've been thinking about this for some time regarding my guitar series that I want to make. One of the things I thought would be a cool idea is to make a few smaller pieces that I could sell as prints.
Well, today I started experimenting a bit and ended up painting to paintings, sized A4.

Yes, got the message yesterday that I didn't make the final cut this year.. :/ Oh well... ONWARDS! ;)
Have any thoughts why they could make that decision and improvements that you can make in your art?
It doesn't mean that something bad happened. You are able now to fix your flaws.

Your handling of gouache is masterful! They look like oils.
