πŸ˜• too bad the contest finished, UTC is the universal coordinated time, which is mostly the same as GMT (Greenwitch Meridian Time) used in the UK, Portugal and some African Countries...

By default time zones use either UTC or GMT as reference, so for example Moscow Time zone which is GMT+3, means that you add 3 hours to that, 05:00 UTC would be 07:00 in Moscow, or 00:00 in BogotΓ‘.
