Somebody was creative... He (or she) painted it and then brought it there to greet the people who pass by. And it does the job well :) We smiled when we saw it laying there on the floor in the middle of this forest...
I bet the artist didn't expect that his little piece of art will end up on steemit :)
This is one great example of how we should treat our Mother Nature: We should leave more of our art around - and less trash :)
