Everything is energy . The problem is we kill it by mind patterns that block our natural access to its grid. Ever wondered why children are always so energetic? Because they live in the heart not the mind. They are almost always present. As for having sex and still being creative- for man it's simple- practise cosmic orgasm through tantra = cum without cumming externally, but with your whole being (i.e. channel the orgasm from root chakra to heart explosion and all the way to 7th and to whole universe! ;) Thanks @natichi
