Exhibit #3: Life
The other word for life is change. The only thing that never changes on this Earth plane is that everything is changing. It's an example of a paradoxical idea, that the only constant is that nothing is constant. Everything changes except that fact in itself.
Life as perceived by the human mind is ever changing. The flux of energy never stops moving, it is forever in a state of movement and vibration. Throughout your life, the people around you will change, you will switch jobs, cities, possibly countries, even your outer purpose and identity. There is one thing that stays the same in the midst of all this, namely your innermost core, your being. What you are and who you are at your truest, deepest level cannot change. A universal purpose we all share is to chip away at the outer persona (you could call it ego) that was created by social conditioning and a thousand other factors, in order to reach this shining inner truth of who we truly are. It is a process Carl Jung called 'individuation'. Basically it means discovering what you are and becoming that. It is usually ridden with numerous challenges and endings and takes a great deal of courage. To truly discover who you are, you have to face your shadow side and your scariest demons. The path of self-discovery and self-mastery is never easy, actually it is often full of pain, suffering, and disillusionment. That's why Buddhists say that disillusionment is the path to enlightenment.
The fact that everything is just energy in a continual state of motion also means that no one ever really dies. So if you lost a loved one, be aware that they are still here, just in another state of vibration. Once you realize this you can talk to them, send them messages and ask them questions. Of course, they can't have a conversation with you like they would in the human form, but if you open your eyes and know what to look for, you can receive messages and answers back.
Stay true and be careful what you feed your head with 🌊🌊🌊
