I'm very happy to know that you are healthy like this. 58 years old and you can still walk 4 miles, that's amazing!!
What I really appreciate most is your commitment you have towards your health. You have determined you loose some weight and you never looked back. That's awesome.
One of the tips to stay healthier when growing old is to have good weight. You can only achieve this through dieting and regular exercise like you always do.
