This is a good lesson, @jankasparec. I've never heard it that way. I first experienced this when making a sculpture, making the armature with some thick threaded iron rods, wood base, smaller iron chords and wire and foil in the evenings after work. My head was good after those sessions. Fking cleared my hard drive proper!
Now my tool is the universe I create in my mind for the book I write. :) It's funny. I pop into it and it's almost a real place.
