There is a certain creative buzz that I get when waking up in the city. Today that city is Birmingham, UK. For me the best time to explore is early in the morning. The streets are quiet and the morning sun casts beautiful shadows. My favourite memories of Venice are of the streets at dawn, a few locals and the road sweeper, and that gorgeous Venice light.
This morning the light was perfect for completing the sketch I started at yesterday's Birmingham Steemit meet-up 'Mr Brum'. Sat in my hotel room I added the final touches, now I think he is ready to shake a tail feather or two!

loving the bird reminds me of a poem about a funny name bird that I cant remember the name of - sounds like Ozawal Bird?? ( rambling again- its the sight of the bacon thats done that...)
