I watched the markers thinking I could transform them. Nothing occurred to me, but I accidentally moved them and saw them as an object to fan. And since I like Geishas, I knew it would be the perfect mix.."

This is the funniest part, because it is when the drawing makes sense, since neither side would make sense without the other. Without markers the drawing would look like a woman's face in half, and markers without a drawing would look like simple markers. It's the magic and the thrill of this type of art."
