when there is no more peace there is no more war. It is enough to no longer seek to feel peace. It is the search for peace that creates war. Peace is an abstract notion, just like war. Why seek peace?
We seek peace for a people, a nation, a world, but like Laozi so well written, when peace is in your heart you do not need to look for it outside your being. It is at this moment when you are in the flow of your individuality that you feel this inner peace and that you can convey it as a subtle message to influence the heart of your neighbor who may in war to find peace.
