I gave away this drawing to a homeless in Spain....people offered him money for it but he said NO

in #art7 years ago

One thing I have noticed the past years is that the more money you have, the more you care about money. People who have very little tend to share more with others. They also seem to be grateful for the small things.
I met a guy who was selling his art on the streets and I decided to show him my art. When he saw this drawing he fell in love with it. He stared at the drawing fo a few minutes and then he said " How much do you want for it".
I told him if he really liked it he could have it for free. I have never seen a homeless get that grateful for something that isn't food or money.

I sat down with him and talked for 30 minutes or so, and during this time several people wanted to buy it from him, but he didn't want to sell it. Maby he will sell it when I'm not around, who knows. But it doesn't matter for me :)

This is the drawing i gave him
