However. I want to illustrate another character in Photoshop, but I don't know which one to pick
They're just two and they are very similar and I like both. So... Please help me choosing one to be the next work to do.

They both are awesome but I like the second one more. I like that robot arm with some sort of weapon attached to it. and damn thats something creative, Your character designs are so good. I am pretty bad at drawing costumes. Well done!! :))

Just keep practicing, see what mistakes are you keeping doing, and always look for some help (and different opinions, this is really important haha) we are always going to learn something new.

Both are quite amazing. I vote for the first one. Although, second is very cool too. Hard choice.
