Women through time
Hey!!! Today I want to share with you another girl from the Women through time series. This girl is called Lyxtra and the theme and crest are the Bloodlust. Its history revolves around corruption and the loss of its principles. In the case of Lyxtra, she was an irreproachable person but she fell into disgrace and all the hypocrites that surrounded her were fed by her misfortune. By a turn of the distress much later she ended up feeding on the blood of her executioners.
It is surprising to see how the people who have the most potential for evil are those who are eaten away by resentment and disappointment. That if we see it from the moral point of view. But what if we see it from the cause and effect. What would be the reaction of someone who strives to live with dignity (Something very hard in these times) if they snatch everything that is important to them ?. It is a very interesting idea to develop in your micro story. For now, I leave you with the illustration and the process.
Lyxtra
There is an element in the literary development of this character and that is what happens when someone inside is huge and difficult to fill. There are people who try to fill it with anything less than what they really need and that leads to a frenzy of consumption of that object of substitution. That is the main idea of the character type of Lyxtra, the basis of his character is not revenge, or the corruption of someone good, here what defines it and has more weight is its inexhaustible thirst.
I hope you like it. I'll keep posting the other girls so if you're interested in the project, you can follow me. 😉
This is a wonderful one @ruygda. Thank you very much
Thank you :)
Nice style @ruygda. You are a good illustrator. I wish I had such talent. Worth an upvote and a follow ^^
Thanks. It's not about talent, it's a matter of practice and perseverance. If you want it, you can achieve it. 😉
Dude! This is excellent! Well done!
Do you have any posts where you go through the process step by step... like a tutorial?
Thank you. The truth is I do not have yet, my drawing process is very slow. For this illustration, I take like 3 or 4 afternoons. But it sounds interesting to try someday to do it. 😀
