That smoke or whatever it is around/coming out of the eyes makes it look rather alive and slightly terrifying! I'm tryin to work out how you made it look like there's a lot of movement going on but at the same time it seems to be fairly still.

The smoke is painted with mostly dry acrylics and a little use of the airbrush.
