Hello steemians. I hope you are all happy and well.
I recently discovered some art work in an Italian restaurant i visited in the small town of Neston,on the Wirrel,Merseyside, called Elephant Bank.
The art relates to a true story of a bank robbery which took place in December 2014 at a Natwest branch.
There were three robbers and they broke in through the roof ,then forced open a door and robbed the tills from the staff on duty.
Fortunatly none of the staff were halmed.
The robbers,6 in the end, targeted 22 banks and post offices across Merseyside and when caught they were jailed for a total of 83 years.
Wow that looks like an interesting place to visit. Great story :)
