This was an old commission I did for a fellow dev art, is about 2 years old.
I was still struggling with my style, I think my style have changed a lot and still
today, there are times when my drawings will look really different from each other.
Of course there will be somethings that will not change that much.
When I was in high school my art was better than now, for some reason I stopped drawing when
I entered university, even if I had to draw it was not the same amount and it wasnt like before.
I wasnt drawing with the same purpose maybe, but later after I opened my deviant art and decided to draw more.
So this was one of those drawings, at the bottom drawing you will see the original one, that one was created by the person who asked me for commission, and the top one was made by me.

I think of drawing as an outlet. I know i drew a lot in my teen years...but then stopped completly for at least 5 years. I just think i didn't "need it". I know during my college years I only doodled stuff...anyway I didn't pick up serious drawing till 7 years ago. So you could say it took me all this time (till age of 28) till finally develop my style and finding what i like...
Drawing is just a tricky thing....it is really hard to get to it if not motivated or in a weird period of life. :) ...and with drawing....till you truly find your niche and perfect it you always feel a bit incomplete. There is always room for improvement. tip! (my voting power is crap...so using this till it refills)

That shading is really good. I took art in high school and stopped drawing when I enlisted, but my nieces like to draw with me sometimes. It's a nice outlet. I like your work.

hey @siragrays it was nice chatting with you earlier at steemit.chat! You have an awesome art work! Like you, it's also been a while since I drew. But when I joined Steemit 3 weeks ago, I started going through my sketch pad and begun drawing again. It feels good actually. The screen shot you posted in the chatroom earlier with a girl wearing a nice dress, I wanna see the finish product. Happy weekend! :-D
