The forests of our soul. (an original poem)

The forests of our soul.

Let your hands rest in my grip
Let me feel your pulse
Then come a walk with me

Into the forests of our souls
We seek the meaning of our lives

At every log you'll find
What for years, the holly
Sacred spirits carved

Into the forests of our souls
We seek the colors of our light

Let's spell those poems
one after the other
While staring at azure

Into the forests of our souls
We seek the seeds of joy

Our own secret forest
Can't hide behind clouds
The sun will always shine

Into the forests of our souls
We seek for love, desires

Those words of ours, nailed
To the logs. Like roots even
The wind cannot wash off

Into the forests of our souls
We find a home to call our own
