Not citing the source of photos(images) is plagiarism. Here is a post on why this is bad, and here is how easy it is to find allowed photos.

Not indicating that the content you copy/paste is not your original work could be seen as plagiarism.

      Appeals must include the following:

      • A link to the offense—Your post that got nuked or Cheetah banned!
      • Acknowledgement and understanding of the offense.
      • A sincere apology to the community by the offender.
      • A promise by the offender not to repeat the offense ever again
