Pencil sketch of a dragon that I had to photograph since my scanner is 12 years old and the drivers aren't available any more lol darn good scanner too cause it can scan over 11x17 so I am a little bummed. Hope you enjoy the picture because I thought it was a cool dragon design!

Don't you love when your stuff becomes outdated? I had a really awesome printer/scanner that is totally useless now, really makes me sad, lol.

Rad drawing, by the way :)

Argh like they just don't have drivers for new operating system. Thing still runs like new and scans at 300dpi!

Glad you liked and appreciate you stopping by, which reminds me I gotta go check out your blog cause don't think I have seen your posts in my feed.

Oh, my feed isn't anything special, haha. I just post video game reviews for the most part with some random artwork or shitposting here and there pretty much anymore.

Oh, although I just got a really, really nice leather knife sheath made by a friend that matches your drawing in this post pretty well :P I'm gonna make a post showing it off here soon, so maybe you'd like that, haha.

So cool to see your paper&pencil work ^^ Design is indeed pretty awesome!

Thanks sometimes I feel I need to get back to it. Appreciate you taking time to view as always and looking forward to your next pic!

Great energy to that sketch. Makes me want to put on my flame-retardant armor and grab my adventurin' gear.

There has just got to be a way to make that old scanner work. What's the latest operating system it worked on, and which are you using now?

I'm planning a post on running different OS's through VirtualBox. It might be worth a try as a way of using your old hardware.

I have no idea how I wasn't following you already but you gained a follower lol Thanks for that! I was hooking it up to a windows ten machine I think it worked on windows 7 if I remember right but I could be wrong I had an old windows xp running with it for longest time. It is a Mustek A3 usb and I still have the driver disk but loaded in windows ten it wont run it. I also tried to download drivers wit no luck.

Oh sweet - thanks for following!

It looks like there might be a driver from a third party available. They want $30 but they give you a month trial period. Probably the simplest solution.

In case that doesn't work - do you have a copy of the driver installation disk for Windows XP?

Very cool dragon drawing! Fierce as hell

Great post. You put some awesome detail in your work. The dragon comes alive. upvoted

Thank you and glad you stopped by to check it out!

dude your pencil skills are on point.... kinda jelly hahahaha

Ok good cause I was kinda jelly of your stuff lol thanks for stopping by man I appreciate it!

Hate it when you things aren't broken need replacing, been there. The dragon reminds of Game of Thrones a bit.

Thanks for sharing , your post is amazing

By the way ,I started following you and I would appreciate your follow back too .
please visit my blog and vote me too

Thank you for compliment but I do not follow back people who ask me to. I often check blogs of people who leave comments but not when you post that you want me to.

Hi, Nice to meet you, ! wish you good luck and a Great Post "!!

Love the dragon! I think the eye is my favorite part--I draw just a little with pencil and eyes are super hard for me.

Dude I hear you, we have a scanner that is awesome we just don't have a computer we can use it on anymore. It can scan large areas larger than legal document area. I loved that, the scanners now days are so small compared to older tech.

That's beautiful <3

this is absolutely amazing @steemitadventure. i don't even own a scanner, so always rely on my old tablet or an even older phone camera to do the trick and photoshop to fix the light and shade... this one looks really vintage :)

That is awesome, I always wanted to draw a dragon, but always was getting frustrated with initial sketches so had to give up. One day, one day)
