Inktober 2019 Day 15 Legend and Day 16 Wild

in #art5 years ago

I did not have time to draw yesterday, but I am catching up today. I had to wait to get on the computer as other family members were using it, so I was catching up on some TV. Just finished the latest series of Agents of SHIELD and had a couple of episodes of Disenchanted. That is the most TV I have watched in ages.

I have already hinted that I like puns, so Legend became Leg End, which is of course a foot. Human bits are hard to draw, so I am using this for more practice. This is my own foot which probably ought to be a bit longer. The big toenail is a bit deformed as it was ingrowing in my teens and had to be removed.

Foot

I turned Wild into Wilde with a picture of writer Oscar. I am sure he must have used some product on his hair.

Wild

We are half way through this month already. I did hardly any drawing since the last #Inktober, but I really should work on it. I do sketch things in my notebook at work sometimes. The book I am using for this challenge is one I got at a conference. I have various notebooks that I do not really use otherwise as everything is digital these days.

Please check out the other artists on Steem and give them your support. We can make it a go-to place for creative people to get rewarded.

Great job! I have been really impressed with some of the pictures that I have seen people drawing for this contest lately. I wish art came as naturally to me as it does to some of the people on here. It is really amazing.

We've got a great set of artists on Steem and I want to see them get recognition.

Very good indeed, bravo!

Yes, conferences are a good source of notebooks 😀

An unrelated question - how did you get the esteem boost?

Posted using Partiko Android

Cheers. I used the eSteem points I accumulated to buy a boost. I don't use it all the time, so I don't have that many points. I have the mobile app, but still prefer Partiko. I was intending to do a post on my thoughts about the apps.

Yay!
