post about Inktober. It's a little challenge to draw a picture on a different theme for each day of this month. I've been wanting to do some more drawing, so this is a good excuse. I've just got back from band practice, so I don't have much time to do this. The theme was 'poisonous', so a cobra sprung to mind. You won't get super realism from me, but I'm aiming for reaonable proportions. This was literally about a minute of drawing. That's the snake charmer's basket and pipe there if it's not clear.I saw @lloyddavis
You can find the 'official' rules here, but these things are just for fun, so does it really matter?

Inktober is really a nice opportunity to imprve our creativity! I don't have enough patience to draw every day using the ink, but it's awesome to see the drawings of others during this months :D About your sketch, don't worry if you think there's something not clear, because to improve your skills you have to sketch every day and so you'll see better results every day you do it, believe me ^_^
@bingbabe was trying to figure out what you drew! Ah yes.. a cobra and those things that they come out of when hypnotised with the flute.
You can slap her at SF3 if you like. :)
As much as I'm tempted with this drawing challenge, I think I might pass. A five year old probably has more talent than me. @steddyman would be up for this if he ever returns, which I doubt.
My drawing skills are at a pretty low level, but maybe some practice will help. Got some good votes on this, but not much feedback
I only really started drawing last year and defo practise makes perfect the more you do it it’s like anything it takes some natural skill but then it’s all about just keeping on keeping on! And being experimental not too rigid
You obviously had an aptitude for it. I think I have since latent skill, but need to work on it. I know this is not a great example. I think I do better drawing from what I see
I love inktober and plan to get fully involved this year altho I didn’t bring my inks so will have to start when back!

Nice sketch! I am pretty sure I failed drawing class in school. I was never that great at the arts. Technical stuff though I am pretty decent at. I have seen some other snakes popping up in my feed this morning so it looks like you and a lot of others had the same idea!
I was never into art at school, but I seem to be getting more artistic as I get older
Fun challenge!
