This is my second post using Esteem, so I am finally getting used to this app. I prefer a desktop but this works good too.
My drawing experience on the Wacom/Cintiq Drawing Tablet has been fantastic. I have been on it a few hours now. In the first post I mentioned learning how to create and set a brush that acts more like a pencil on paper than a digital wand stick. It has taken some getting used to both the tablet and using the
Wacom Pen. Once the settings are figured to user preference, it works great.
I would never have been able to accomplish what I did on the Wacom/Cintiq tablet with pencil and paper. I literally took the first drawing in the first post and totally re-worked it to the New and Improved Frankenstein.
The first drawing I made had the inklings of Frankenstein. This second re-worked version definitely looks like Frankenstein. I do have to admit that although the first attempt was literally taken out of my head, with this second one I did look at a picture of Frankenstein. I am not sure if that is cheating or not but that is what ultimately led to this much improved version. It is far from done and still needs some clean up and finishing before I move on to line art and color, both of which will be my first on a Cintiq tablet.
Hope you guys like it so far.
@streetstyle
You have an excellent graphic tablet @streetstyle and the drawing on it turned out excellent, all the lines are clearly pronounced!

Hi @streetstyle . . I have followed you and follow next post 😊👍..
Your new drawing looks much scarier, like a real Frankenstein......
You got some talent. Did you ever get into comic stuff?
No @captainobviou3 I just doodle but have only recently decided to work on art and hope to show my daughter since she has talent and is young so she can learn this too.
My kids have been into drawing to. I thought that was what I was going to do for a living. But I ended up a facility engineer. All my drawings are in the attic somewhere. btw, are you coming to SD any time soon? I scheduled the first San Diego meet up for the 6th of October. #steemdiego You are welcome to join us.
