Once you have everything ready you can publish the post.To upload a photo, on the left side of your post (in Ecency) you will see the URL of (https://images.ecency.com/ .......) and on your left side (in the preview) it should display a photo so you are certain that it's the right one and that the text you want to publish looks the way you like it. To choose a community, you will need to select it at the top left part where in blue color says "Choose a community" you need to be a part of a community to be able to select it and post there.

As directed I did the same. In the preview the image is shown whereas in my article it is showing as URL only. So when I publish will the photo be displayed in place of URL
