I don't practice anything complicated. I have read somewhere that we are a projection of our thoughts. Most of us have negative thoughts, including me, most of the time when we just let it go with the flow. Because that's how the energy is on earth.
So, I always try to watch my thoughts and as soon as I see it spiraling downwards, I try to get it up. For example when it gets depressing and I sense it, I keep a fake smile on my face for sometime and the thoughts automatically change to good ones. I'm also trying to learn to appreciate small things of life. I never used to give much attention to it before. Other than that I'm doing deep breathing. I'm in the beginner stage of awakening I guess :P I want to know your methods too. :)

I do not practice anything. Painting is my active meditation. It balances me.
I accept that which is ! I listen to my instincts . I definitely do not try to be happy :D . I just feel the vibes and am spontaneous . Stay away from drama. :) . I believe -"Thought is the first action. Rest is process of implementation. Crime is first committed in the head " ... :)

That's good to know. I've experienced that once we let a small negative thought into our mind and not stop it, it gives birth to more. So I try to put a stop to it before it spreads. Good to know there are people sharing the same thoughts :)

Yes... Good to know that there is a flock of birds with similar feathers 😊. Great to know our thoughts resonate.
