I personally loved the way you said: "...talent are built up in a way of development." Here are 4 important criteria to consider while finding your talents (by Tai Lopez):

1. What you grew up around?
2. What have you been doing over the last 10 years?
3. Strangers feedback - what do strangers think about you? (Not your friends and family, because they might be biased in most cases).
4. What can you talk about effortlessly?
