This is Maglaj. The city in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the Ottoman Empire ruled for 5 centuries. This beautiful mosque stands there beyond this river, showing us how Turkish architects were amazing and creative. This is one of the oldest mosques there, in Bosnia and Herzegovina. When you watch it, you feel that Ottoman culture. Ottomans were popular mosque and bridge builders, they were best in it. They knew that they wont always stay on Balkan, so they had to build as much Ottoman buildings as they could, so they would never be forgotten. They succeeded. Here I'm standing today, in front of this river, enjoing beautiful sigh. Admiring this beautiful mosque. When I visited Maglaj, I was in hurry, and I'm very sad because I hadn't enough time to go there over the bridge, and come closer to take some more beautiful photos, but I as a photographer am satisfied with this beauty. It shows the water going down there, waiting for someone ato come and admire it. It's interesting to see those houses, one next to the other, which shows us how people of here are full of love and connected with each others. It shows the great soul of harmony and unity. There is no place for conflicts and disagreements. I'm glad to visit any historic place in this world, and I love watching theese old, beautiful buildings. The main thing is to feel a little bit of that atmosphere that ruled here 5 centuries ago, to feel the Ottoman air.
