Ps I know you will ask me how I interpreted your paintings.
To me personally, they show the light and the dark. Darkness and light are always connected as one can not be without the other. There’s hope and there is passion, which the red colour to me symbolises. No matter if your body is held in a prison, it’s your mind that builds the walls. As long as your heart and passion are still alive, any obstacles can be overcome. It only takes a glimmer (the yellow specs on the black surface), to penetrate the wounded soul and to rise once more from the ashes
