My new illustration.
I imagined and created a surreal scene. :)
This is a 100 years old metro in Budapest.
I often travel on it and I love this old design.
I show you many details.
Digital work.

Thank you for watching! :)

Why is there only 1 passenger and he's all the way to the back? Can you tell me the story? I like that the metro is really clean except for that one soda can.
When I want to draw pictures I use TuxPaint in Ubuntu. What did you use to make your illustration?
I like how you made the pictures from looking far. Then next pictures are close up and close up. It's like you're zooming in on a camera lens.
Thank you! :) I used Photoshop. The man is alone because this is the last metro. :)

What a beautiful artwork, Zsolt! I love the looks you give to your drawings. It's so cute!
Thank you! :)
Great details - i enjoyed the close ups. Does the fish in this picture have a name?
Thank you @opheliafu ! :) I have not given her a name yet.
We have 2 fish at home - they are called Goldie and big Goldie.
:) good names! :)

I love this @zsolt.vidak <3 Your details, your colours, your composition * ___ * Love your style so much. I used to say this loads more when I just found you, I think hahaha sorry about being absent from your blog lately > __ < I still really think super highly of your stuff <3 Everything that you do is so well detailed and wonderful <3
Thank you for your kind words @veryspider! :)
This is a lovely illustration that captures the feeling of the traveling with a train really well. I like all the details that you worked for this picture, and somehow the man reminds me of Heisenberg from Breaking Bad.
Good job :).
Thank you! I am glad. :) yess, you are right
He really looks like Walter White:) But not intentionally. I love Breaking bad and Better call Saul. :)
Oh I'm so excited to see one of your wonderfully coloured illustrations again! You must be busy, I know the feeling!
I love this colour story. Your use of colour is almost a character in and of itself and the feeling of the single man on the tram with his fish, so emotive. Glad to see you back :)
Thank you @donnadavisart !!! :)
Gorgeous, I love your style and the vivid colours! Makes me want to travel in this metro :-)
Thanks! :)
It's great to see your new illustration, I missed it :-)
Thanks! :)
Awwieeee so cute! I actually dont like the old metro because theyre dirty and kinda smell of people X_X but yeah you made it look soo cute!!
Thanks! :) I understand you. :)
What a great illustration of your Digital works @zsolt.vidak! I've been seeing you contributing to a lot of @sndbox authored works. I kinda like to ask how did you do it or what software did you use to do it?
Overall the details are very realistic and true to life. The creativeness is very unique because most of the people do not focus much on the small details but on the main subject only. This is absolutely superb.
Thank you for your kind words! :) I used Photoshop. Yes I like to work on small details. :)
I can totally get the feeling of being in the train looking at the man, wondering what his story is about. He seems like just the average person you would find when travelling on a train. Why does he have the fish in his lap? Why does he look pensive? What could he be thinking about?
I love your attention to details. The entire picture gives good vibes. Well done here.
This is so outstanding really, the truth is I love the mundane feeling that surrounds the artwork, I mean the face of that man and the tiny little detail on the wall shows how you added a lot of attention to the minor things really. The upturned can on the passenger's seat wow
I love the painting of the ceiling the hand strapped and the metals too, it's a beautiful piece of art really. Amazing as well.
Thank you for you kind words!!! :) I love to work on tiny details. As I create more and more detail, slowly develop a story. :)
And it totally thrilled me buddy.
:)
But so modern painting!
Thanks! :)
That's pretty much amazing Zsolt!
I guess not everyone have noticed it. I have noticed that its a zoom in art. Every zoom in in every art you make.
I love it!
I'd love to see your next art!
Thank you @ronel ! :) Yes I like to work on tiny details. :)
That's great!
And you're very much welcome!
I guess you're a sensitive and compassionate person as I could see it base on your art and the way you talk to me.
Thank you! Yes I am very sensitive. :)
Oh yes I hit the 'sensitive'! But compassionate did not lol
Anyways, sensitive people are also caring, am I right?
I hope I'm right. I'm not a psychologist, just guessing if I'm right or wrong, trial and error so to speak.
You are right!:) I am very caring.
Oh yeah!
I got it right!
Its been 9 days since my last comment.
You're kinda busy for the past days eh?
Much work?
I am a rider on public transportation and I would love to ride in this old car. I'm fascinated to see your man carrying a fish bowl! And the graffiti and spilled drink are perfect touches. This is really a great scene you captured.
Thank you!!! :) Have a good ride! :)
A 100 years old metro? It is pretty old... Are you that man sitting there, or you said its an imagination, I love the aquarium he is holding, why is there just one fish in there though? Hahahah
I love the details, like the spilled (soda?) and graffitti for example, it would have been easily left out but they are part of those details. Where are the other passengers though?
A really beautiful and detailed work!
Thank you! This is the last metro and he travel to home from his office. The fish is a surprise for his wife:)
Oh... That's great!
You've some great illustrations on here. It reminds me of the transports here as well. I have been to Budapest a couple of times so i can relate to this. It's such an old and unique city that is just overflowing with character. A lot like your pictures.
Thank you! :) Yes, you are right!
It's an illustration that happened to curves, right? I love that effect that is created, although sometimes you have to be careful because you lose details that are usually important, but in this case it did not happen, and I apologize if you followed another method to make this illustration that is not e lque I am commenting on you here!
The scene seems great to ligua lque the use of colors and the concept, very good work!
Thank you! :)
I don't understand exactly what you about curves wrote. I didn't use effect.
Incredible the amount of details that this illustration has, it has everything that it should have, everything is so well done that it only causes to look at it in detail .. it is seen that it was a very complicated work and I appreciate that you show it to us .. A hug @zsolt.vidak
Thank you! :) yes, I worked a lot on this picture. I am glad you see this. :)
Oh, that guy look so sad and lonely. Why he has gold fish tank with him? He seems like away from home. I love your drawing. First glance, it give me a feel a sense of loneliness. and how thoughtful of you to show us the details of whole drawing by zooming in each corner. How long to finish this beautiful drawing? If you didn't mention in the footer that this was a digital work, I thought it is a water color drawing. Good digital effect.
Thank you! :) I worked on it 1 week. He is tired because this is the last metro at night and he comes from his office and he travel to home with a goldfish. :) This is a surprise for his wife.
How thoughtful of you, even in a painting you still can think of gold fish as a surprise for a wife.
Thanks.:)
howdy from Texas sir zsolt.vidak! haha! this is a fun painting with so much detail that went into it, it's pretty amazing. And that man holding the Goldfish! And it looks like on the floor there is even light coming in from the windows which is a very cool touch.
I think this is very good indeed. Do you have other pieces that you post about?
Thank you for your kimd words! :) I am working always on new pictures. I will post these.
thanks for getting back to me sir, that's great!
This is so cute @zsolt.vidak :) I like all the details you put into it, the seats, the hand rails, the lights, the bars, the dripping can drink, the posters (especially the posters), the man and his goldfish :) Why is he carrying his goldfish? You even added a carving on the divider window. I see all this in a train ride too and you brought it to life in your art. This is so amazing! Thank you!
Thank you! :) I wanted to depict a strange thing on the picture. So I created the goldfish :)
Hehe... the goldfish really was a good idea. It does look strange, and I can't help but wonder, what is it about the goldfish. It does leave our mind to much imagination :) Have a nice weekend there @zsolt.vidak!
Thanks! :)
You have a cute illustration there. Did you use an app for this or did your draw it straight? Who's that man on the metro? And oh, I did not realize he is holding a fish bowl until I got into the zoomed photo. What is a man in a train doing with fish bowl? 😃
Thank you! :) I used just photoshop and a lot of photo about the metro. I don't know who is the man. :) I just created.:):):)
I thought that man was your self portrait. 😃 Why is he alone? Trains are usually full of people. And the fish bowl? I thought you would have story behind the drawing. 😊
He is tired because this is the last metro at night and he comes from his office and he travel to home with a goldfish. :) This is a surprise for his wife. :)
See that, you have come up with a story of the drawing... very cool! So next time you post your drawing, you can also post the story behind it, yeah? :)
Good idea! :)
👍😊
This image and details when taken altogether just gives me a sad feel. The facial expression of the passenger is just the tip of the impression. The fish isn't portrayed happy. The man is all alone. There's a photo of a smiling face that provides contrast to the real scene. The handles where passengers can hold while standing even resemble like ropes one could hand themselves. Maybe it's my dark imagination or is this a hidden message you wanted viewers to see?
please do not think of any bad message.
He is alone because this is the last metro at night and he comes from his office and he travel to home with a goldfish. The fish is a surprise for his wife. :)
Haha, alright. The faces just looked a bit sad for something meant to have a happy outcome. Good work here by the way :D
:) thanks!
