Artexplosion week #34 "Erotica" "Red Light District"

Hello everyone

This is my entry for the contest > Artexplosion "Erotica" by @juliakponsford.
I got inspired by my own country to make a special artwork for this theme.

Here it comes :

I tried other techniques then before and made 3 doorframes that have a large window space in it.
I cut out the window spaces.
I had some brick stone paper in my collection of creative paper and used it to make a wall next and around the doors.

For the lady postures I looked for examples online and used it to make my own version, then cut them out.
To make it more thick I glued them on a newspaper and cut them out again.
Then, my plan was to paint the figures and use them as a template so the figure is visible by the acrylic paint around it.

It came out pretty great and it was super fun to do. Also the splattering oh gosh I loved to do that I did it with watercolor paint.
Later on I make the female forms more visible by using a fine liner and added ** real red lights**!
