I love happily ever after stories, I love romance, I love love, I love beautiful things. I just don't love them, I imagine them and crave for them.

One of the things I have always imagined is my romance life! It all fits in- happily ever afters', love, romance and beauty.

The books, songs and movies creates wonderful mind blowing pictures about romance. However, not all that they paint are true. One of which is first time sex!

Nobody tells you the truth about loosing your virginity, about the first feeling you get when the pennis enters your virgina, the first thrust. Probably if they did, we will have less promiscuous teens and ladies.

Having sex at the right time to the right person cushions whatever feelings you experience.

So how does first time sex feel for ladies?

To be very honest,it comes with mixed feelings. Pain is an overwhelming aspect, which is usually missed out in the tales told in movies, books and songs.

As much as it is a beautiful, pleasurable, an exciting experience, they never say it hurts and that the pain can be excruciating if not properly handled.

The painful feeling can be compared to someone pushing a soft flexible stick back and forth your throat with force and speed. You just feel like choking!

The intensity of the feeling varies in women and also depends on the circumstance surrounding their having sex.

For women who have not previously broke their hymen, their first time sex might come with a tear in their vagina and light bleeding.

Depending of the size of the vaginal hole and the readiness of the woman, a tear is not inevitable.

The good thing about every situation in life is that, there is a solution.

Here are must knows for first timers:

• Having sufficient information about sex, makes you better prepared for what to expect.
• Having sex with the right person, at the right place and at the right time, reduces anxiety and makes you more comfortable.
• Being prepared beforehand for the prevention of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections reduces tension.
• Making sure there is plenty of lubrication before penile entry, reduces friction, pain, and risk of infections.
• Removing the pubic hair before sex also helps to reduce friction.
• Having a considerate partner who is not in a hurry to have sex but who stimulates you sexually by touching, kissing, making you feel loved and enters your vagina slowly makes you feel relaxed and ready for sex.
• Another thing that can help is changing your sex position or method. If the vagina is not at the right angle, it can also make sex painful.

Men have a great role to play in how much a woman enjoys her first time sexual experience!

Practice they say makes perfect. The pain wears off eventually with a few more penetrations and sessions. When you start to Completly enjoy the feeling that comes with sex, the experience is amazing.

Remember, no matter how strong the urge is to cuddle after sex, make sure you cleanup! Pee and wash your vagina with warm water, to reduce the risk of urinary tract infections.

Sex is a beautiful experience for couples, when done the right way.
