Unfortunately my fears were correct, and a too complex database results in a very confusing A.I. outputs, so after a day, and while the model stated 99% of accuracy, actually the outputs quality was simply too poor.
Analysing the database I noticed some midi files with a confusing music sheet, so I deleted all of them and I kept just the files with a clear one, and restart the training.
Like this I kept the complexity of the database wile at the same time increase the quality.
I hope for a better result.
