This painting took roughly 5 hours. It was painted using oil paint on hardboard.
I had a blast painting it because I always love painting the mystery of the everyday sky and the nature of how it evolves. We have our best sunsets here in the North East in the cold months..or at least I think so. They show some beautiful color so quickly and are gone just as fast.
