Hello, this is Artisteem! Time flies, it's already November! We're very happy there are more artists on our platform these days.
In this contest, we would like you to reach out to your artist friends and curate their artworks. We're sure you have many talented friends around you who would like to be introduced on Artisteem. :)

Guide

• You must get permission of the original artist where needed and check CC 0 and other copyright restrictions before submitting your curation.
• You must clearly state the artist's name.
• Along with the name or the artist's alias, you can add details such as their nationality, their focus area, and popular social media accounts you want to share.
• If you want to adopt text or content from other blogs or websites, please quote them properly.
• What do you think about the work? Write a detailed critique as if you are a curator or a reporter.

• We will reward 10 excellent artists daily with voting worth about $10
• We will reward excellent comments with voting worth about $0.50

Artist's name: French mural painter 'Viniegraffiti' has 74600 followers on Facebook and Instagram. Inspired by animation illustrations, most works are characterization of women.

Curator's critique: The artwork above is a caricature which seems very simple, but has an eccentric hairstyle. This deity-like character has a pacifying air, almost like protecting the building.

Artist's name: Fulvio bonavia. Originally, a graphic designer and illustrator, the artist transitioned into photographer.

Curator's critique: When we think of food art, people tend to think it's non-serious and childish. Well, this artist is not and his works are very realistic. Not to mention that it's sophisticated and simple.

Curator's critique: Pascal illustrates colorful and whimsical artworks almost daily and has become an instagram star. This work is just in time for halloween--the blond witch seems like a young girl with her sporty socks. Her sitting on stacked pumpkins emphasizes the mostly empty space on the left, which makes the viewer focus on the exploding pumpkin with seeds. Also the face expressions are very contrasting: the pumpkins vs. the girl and the cat relaxing on her laps.

Is the use of colors harmonious? The composition of the work?
Is the work of any superior in aesthetic value?

Does it inspire the public with design?
Can the artwork lead public interest and empathy?

Slanderous or malicious content for a particular person.
Is there any wrong concept in the contents(e.g., work with a strong religious, political, and sexual orientation)?
Content with excessive advertising/commercial content

감상평: 푸드 아트라고 하면 조금 장난스럽고 유치한 것이 먼저 떠오르는데요. 이 분의 작품들은 좀 다릅니다. 마치 실제 존재하는 것 같습니다. 그리고 세련되고 고급스럽고 깔끔한 느낌도 있습니다.

감상평: 캄피온은 인스타그램에 재치있고 매력적인 색감의 일러스트레이션을 매일 올려서 스타가 되었다. 할로윈을 맞이해 그린 이 작품은 스포츠양말을 신은 여자아이가 마법을 부리고 있는데, 자세히 보면 재미있다. 작품의 오른편에는 호박을 쌓아올려 그 위에 마녀가 앉아 있어서 왼쪽에 거의 빈 공간과의 대조를 보여준다. 그리고 관객의 시선을 씨가 터져나오는 호박에 눈이 가게 한다. 또한 폭발하는 호박의 표정 vs. 여유로운 여자아이와 자고있는 고양이의 표정 또한 대조된다.

@artisteem Team, Good to see this post and that is because, it can Introduce effective artists to ARTISTEEM Platform because others can curate the posts of Artists while following all the above mentioned rules. And most importantly it will boost more artists whose work is great but they are not aware how to get more Exposure and Visibility for their work. Let's hope and wish that we will going to see expanded versions of work in Curation section.
