Beautiful Stamprints Design Team Card

I'm so excited to be writing my first blog post as a Stamprints Design Team member. I'll be using digital stamps and collage sheets from Stamprints to create beautiful cards that I'll be sharing with you.

For my first card and post I decided to use the beautiful Hen with Daisy digital stamp because the hen reminded me of my White Plymouth Rock hen, Queenie. I named her Queenie because she is the Queen of the flock.

I printed the digital stamp on white Neenah cardstock then cut the image using my Brother Scan N Cut machine allowing a .04 white border.

I used colored pencils to color the hen and daisy. I used the Lifestyle Crafts wire embossing folder on the light pink cardstock background. I wrapped pink satin ribbon around the cardstock and attached a bow. I used an oval decorative die to the cut the pink stitched oval. I used foam tape to attach the hen to the pink oval before attached the oval to the card base.
I finished the card with some Nuvo Crystal drops in Bubblegum Blush.

I love using digital stamps because you never have a partial or bad stamped image and you can print them out in the size that suits your needs.
