This is a beautiful scene of lovely Mrs. Bertie and her son Harris making snow ❄️ angels. I’m so blessed to see that Mrs. Bertie chose to play with Harris, instead of doing something else. Now I call that good quality time with your kids. Thats to bad so many people don’t stop what there doing more often when there own children ask them to play. Thank you. We've been to Iowa City about 15 years ago when we were auditioning for the doctoral program in organ performance at the University of Iowa. But we chose UNL and spent 3 years in Lincoln, NE. Not very far from you.
Hi @laputis, yes we’re not far from Lincoln at all. My son went to UNI for his teaching degree. Wow small world! You have to be pretty amazing musicians to play Bach Simultaneously on the organ. Did you tour, and do you still? Really nice to meet you both. If I can help you let me know. Love your comic, it’s really bright cheery and fun. Thank you and bless you!
Thanks. Yes, playing organ together is one of my favorite times of the day. By the way, today's is Bach's 333rd birthday (March 21). Good old Bach... After all those years his music for some people is as relevant as ever. In May we will play in Latvia on the organ from 1701 and in July, at St Paul's in London.
